Thank you for shopping at Lauren's!! We want you to LOVE everything you take home or purchase online for your littles from us. If you are not totally in love with your purchase please review the following return policies so we can make sure you end up with the perfect piece!

We offer a 14 day return policy if items are brought back in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags still attached. A receipt is always helpful for instore the return process.

FINAL SALE items include: sale items, swimwear, monogrammed items, special orders, socks and hosiery, hair accessories, preorders, and food.

RETURNS FOR PURCHSAES MADE IN-STORE **This includes purchases made online with local pick up**

Within 14 days of purchase we will be happy to offer a gift card for the returned amount or refund. Gift card must be used within 1 year from date received.

RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

Within 14 days of delivery date, according to tracking, we will be happy to offer a store credit refund or refund to original form of payment. Store Credit must be used within 1 year from date received. Please allow 3-5 days to receive refund to original form of payment after return in received at Lauren’s.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges will be offered for in store purchases only within 14 days of purchase.
